How CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONS started:
My chocolates used to be just a weekend tradition with my family. It was our indulgent reward after a whole week of practicing our 'no desserts' policy. But I couldn't keep a good thing under wraps for long.
Upon the urging of my brother, in 2004, I joined a bridal fair and my chocolate creations were introduced to the market for the first time. Orders poured in, most of which were referrals from my family and friends. I found myself making chocolates for a growing number of clients and soon, Chocolate Confections was born.
My truffles are purely Belgian, which make for rich and luxurious flavor, whether it is milk, dark or white chocolate. And while the all-time favorite fillings of crunch and caramel are available, I inject a bit of Filipino twist with fillings like ube, macapuno and yema. It also helps my family is my most discriminating critics. No 'short-cuts'! I can assure that these are the very same chocolates that I would serve my family. I put a premium on highly-personalized service and product with packaging customized to the client's specification of color and logo or monogram.
Who wouldn't want to combine two of life's best offerings on that one special day: love and chocolates? Chocolate has always played a strong supporting role at weddings, and with the rise of "theme" weddings, has really come into its own.
Not only will your guests savor your sweet choice, you'll enjoy the almost-limitless options for integrating chocolate into the party. Chocolate isn't merely a pleasure to the palette, it charms the eye.
Chocolate Confections- for honest to goodness home-made chocolates.
Cheers!
