Designer Blooms is a 18-year-old commercial enterprise which was started up in 1993 and has been operated, managed and controlled by the Garcia family, consisting of spouses Ting and Rica and their three children.
Designer Blooms had been cited as RETAILER OF THE YEAR by the Philippine Retailers' Association for two separate years, in 2002 and in 2004; as an Outstanding Merchant three times by the Ayala Malls in 2003, 2004 and 2005; and as an Industry Leader in several different categories by several other business rating organizations over the past 15 years.
LM Weddings is a branch of Designer Blooms, which specializes in WEDDING BRANDING. We take care of everything from the theme, decor, floral designs and venue styling. LM Weddings offer fresh ideas and we pay much attention to detail. List of Products and Services

Designer Blooms is in the business of:
- Retailing and wholesaling imported fresh, artificial and natural dried flowers, plants, foliage, as well as a complete line of floral-related accessories and supplies from its 8 Metro Manila mall store locations and it main showroom/outlet facility.
- Providing ancillary services revolving around its floral products such as private customized interior and exterior design, installation and set-up decor arrangements, for special events such as weddings, inaugurations, debuts, anniversaries and corporate launches and for specific seasonal decor needs for Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Mothers' Day and the like.
- More recently, creating and selling corporate give-away products, on a wholesale basis, at dramatically reduced prices, resulting from the Company's new-found ability and developed expertise to source goods and items directly from selected factories abroad, particularly China.

Designer Blooms has developed a strong retail and related-service market position in the following products:
- Imported fresh flowers which are generally not available or grown locally such as Tulips, Lilies, Columbian Roses and the like, which are sourced directly from farms abroad in counties such as Ecuador, Amsterdam, China and Korea.
- Imported artificial flowers and all related accessory and supply items which are directly sourced from some of the most cost-efficient and high-quality factories in China.
- More recently and after several inspection, selection and negotiation visits to many factories in China, one-of-a-kind or specialty gift items for corporate and high-quantity giveaways such as personalized stationery, writing implements, sporting goods, small recreational items, folding chairs, wooden-boxed clocks, briefcases, automotive accessories, flashlights, computer accessories, intricately-carved wooden kitchen items and jewelry boxes, work desk accessories, personal hardware items and the like.
