Overnight use of bridal suite (12hrs. use)/ subject to availability of the venue - PhP 4,000
Electrical Charge for the Lights, Video & Sounds - PhP 500 for every 10 amperes
EVAPORATIVE COOLER (Optional) - PhP 2,500/ UNIT      
CORKAGE FEE FOR NON-ACCREDITED CATERERS. - PhP 20,000
Corkage Fee for NON- ACCREDITED SUPPLIERS (Except for Photo & Video) - PhP 5,000

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1.  A security deposit of P 20,000 will be required for the venue which will be refunded five(5) banking days(except Monday) after the event.
2.  A reservation fee of P15, 000.00 is required to block off the date of your function.  Reservation fee is non-transferable and non-refundable, subject further to the conditions of the Reservation Agreement and Social Event Contract.
3. A 60% down payment is payable upon signing of contract (six months before the function date) and the balance shall be settled not later than 3 months/ 90 days before the function.
4.  PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Prices could be locked up only when the 60% down payment is paid and the Social Event Contract is signed.
