The General Manager of Town's Delight The Caterer, Mr. Andrew R. Pacumio, pioneered organizing food shows and events in Cavite province for the past 30 years. He is the founding member of Cavite Restaurant Association and Tagaytay Tourism Council. He attended local and international food expositions and seminars in the Philippines and abroad. He is also responsible in the food development and kitchen food test to guarantee quality standards.

- Town's Delight was established in 1974 at Tanza, Cavite by Mrs. Cecilia del Rosario-Pacumio, a Home Economics teacher.

- It has been a wedding caterer for 39 years now.

- Its president and general manager Mr. Andrew Pacumio is a founding director of the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines. He was the association's vice president in 2006 to 2009.

- The company maintains 50 regular employees and around 300 part-time employees.

- Town's Delight have lists of corporate account like Toshiba, HSBC Call Center, Semitec, Academy, Iriso, Dae Duck, Cypress, Luzon Magnetic, American Power Conversion (APC), EPSON, TAIYO Plastic, EMI Yazaki, State land, ACM, Sta. Lucia, SM Supermalls, PLDT, Philips, Coca-cola, CEPZA Admin, Scad, Philippine Koshei, Intel and Analog Devices to name a few.

- The company owns The Wedding Store, a one-stop wedding shop located at the second level of SM Dasmarinas..

- Town's Delight also maintains WeddingInTheSky.com, Cavite's first wedding website/portal that features essential info about wedding planning, products, and services.

- The company likewise owns and operates The Republic of Cavite Restaurant located at Trece Martires, Cavite. The Republic has function halls and outdoor venues perfect for any occasion.

- Other venue owned and operated by Town's Delight is Gardenia Cecilia Pavilion located in Naic, Cavite (seating capacity of 500)

- For a consultant, Town's Delight has Ma. Sunnel P. Killford and husband Ben Killford, a topnotch chef at Four Seasons Hotel in Ireland. She specialized in Culinary Arts at premier schools abroad.

- Also serving as a mentor of Town's Delight is Ma. Peaches Pacumio, a master's degree holder, who is about to finish Hospitality Management at a prestigious university in Canada.

- Town's was the official caterer of the Bong-Lani Revilla centennial wedding held on March 25, 1998 at Imus, Cavite. It prepared special CaviteÃƒÂ±o dishes for the 2000 VIPs of the Revillas.

- Town's Delight has pioneered holding culinary festivals and bridal fairs in Cavite.
